Hot border in the East Garden planted with a mix of herbaceous perennials and grasses including fennel, dahlias, heleniums, Phlomis russeliana and achilleas around upright forms of Irish yews, Taxus baccata 'Fastigiata', representing the 12 'Apostle Yews' which stood in the C19th parterre.
