Arabesque shaped beds are cut out of the lawn and planted with a brightly coloured mix of late season perennials including Cerinthe minor, Verbena hasta, V. bonariensis, Crocosmia paniculata, kniphofias and tall miscanthus including 'Flamingo' and 'Gracillimus'.
